What we keep. Your name, email address, phone number, and any verification documents you send us. If you connect a trading account, the credentials you provide and the trading history we read with them.
Why. To run your account, to meet the verification requirements we are subject to, and to show you your own figures.
Who else sees it. Nobody. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Your broker and the payment processors see what they need for their part, and nothing beyond it.
Your trading credentials. Account tracking uses investor credentials, which can read an account and cannot trade or withdraw. Managed accounts use trading access, which can place orders and still cannot move money out. Both are stored encrypted, and any staff member viewing one is recorded in the audit log.
